(i) For admission to BE/B.Tech courses, the student should have secured a rank up to 1 lakh 50 thousand in the JEE Mains examination.

(ii) For admission to MBBS/BDS courses, the student should have taken the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET).

(iii) For admission to a law course, the student should have taken the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

(iv) If the student seeks admission in medical institutions offering MBBS/BDS courses under the Central Government through other entrance examinations.

(v) If the student intends to enroll in a law course at the National Law Institute in New Delhi or the University of Delhi, New Delhi, based on their own entrance examination results.

2. The e-payment order, created through the authorization system, will receive a digital signature.

3. The portal will automatically forward the digitally signed e-payment order to the bank’s server for processing at scheduled intervals.

4. This entire process should be completed within two working days of approving the scholarship application.

The Sanctioning Authority for the Mukhyamantri Medhavi Chhatra Yojana is below. 

1. The list of sanctioning authorities will be made public by educational institutions.

2. All government institutions will be authorized to serve as the approving authority for their registered students.

3. District-level or adjacent district-level institutions will be authorized to act as the sanctioning authority for government-aided or private institutions within Madhya Pradesh.

4. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Project Management Office (PMO) will serve as the approving authority for institutions located outside Madhya Pradesh.

5. The sanctioning authority is responsible for informing all institutions within its purview.

6. The approved applications will undergo scrutiny by the authorized institutions, and the approved scholarship amounts will be forwarded for disbursement.

7. The sanctioning authority will maintain a record of scholarship disbursement proposals, bearing the signature and seal of the institution’s officer.

8. All cases, whether sanctioned or rejected, will be documented and retained by the sanctioning authority.

9. Additionally, the sanctioning authority will conduct an annual audit.

1. The original Verification Slip (Recommendation for Sanction & Payment of Benefit under MMVY Scheme) from the institution, in the prescribed format. This slip should be duly signed and sealed by authorized officials of the institution.

2. A copy of the application submitted by the student, duly signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

3. A copy of the student’s 12th-grade mark sheet, signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

4. A copy of the student’s entrance exam mark sheet, signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

5. A copy of the student’s Madhya Pradesh Domicile Certificate, signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

6. A copy of the Income Certificate issued by the competent authority of Madhya Pradesh, signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

7. A copy of the student’s Aadhar Card, signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

8. A copy of the fee receipt paid by the student, detailing the various fee components. This receipt should be signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

9. The fee structure of the institution, signed and sealed by authorized officials of the institution.

10. A copy of the bank account details of the institute, as provided by the institution in the portal. This should be signed and sealed by the authorized officials of the institution.

Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidhyarti Yojana Verification Process

The physical copy of the application form must be submitted to the institution, and upon receipt, it will be stamped along with a collection receipt.

• Physical verification is employed to authenticate the application’s eligibility for processing.
• The institution will conduct an inquiry and appropriate action against the student.
• If the student provides false information to gain undeserved benefits from the scheme and is ineligible, their application will be permanently rejected. In such cases, the student cannot reapply under this scheme.
• If any information provided on the form is found to be incorrect, the application will be provisionally rejected. The student can make necessary amendments in case of an emergency.
• If the student is eligible for scheme benefits and all information on the form is accurate, the application is then forwarded to the approving authority.
• In the case of a government institution, the institution will input its own account details to receive the fees.
