Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah/Nikah Yojana 2024 | Rs 55,000 For Bride’s Marriage

Indian marriages often carry a significant burden for brides and their families. The elaborate rituals, societal expectations, and the traditional emphasis on grandeur often result in considerable financial strain. In many cases, the financial responsibilities placed on the bride’s family contribute to the complexity of these unions, turning what should be a joyous occasion into a challenging endeavor for all involved. Acknowledging this, the MP Government has launched the “Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah/Nikah Yojana”. Under this scheme, the government of MP will bear the expenses of the marriage from the bride’s side.
