1. An increase in maternity benefits from Rs 1000 to Rs 6000.

2. Raising natural death compensation from Rs 50000 to Rs 2 lakhs.

3. Elevating accidental death compensation from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 4 lakh.

4. Expanding funeral assistance from Rs 1000 to Rs 10000.

5. Augmenting medical assistance for the initial 3 days from Rs 2000 to Rs 5000, and increasing the daily rate for the subsequent days from Rs 100 to Rs 250, with a ceiling limit now set at Rs 25000.

6. Providing compensation of Rs 10000 for property damage caused by natural calamities.
