On July 04, 2023, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shiv Raj Chauhan launched the portal of Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana at Raj Bhavan, Madhya Pradesh. The Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana registration process is open for both training providers as well as candidates. For the training providers/ institutions, the registration process has been started from June 07, 2023, whereas the candidates who want to take the training are required to register on the website from June 15, 2023. After the commencement of training which will be held on August 01, 2023, candidates will be given a stipend of 8000 to 10,000 per month starting from September 01, 2023. In order to apply for the Mukhya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana, a candidate must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh. He/she must be in the age group of between 18 and 29 years. Born in 1 day less or 1 day more from the cut-off date will cancel the eligibility of the Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana. For the Candidates:
- Industry-oriented training – Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana provides industry-oriented training that is extremely important to get employment. - Registered establishments can train student-trainees up to 15% of their total workforce, which will include regular and contractual employees.
- The establishment will have to deposit 25% of the prescribed minimum stipend in the bank account of the youth. The establishment will be free to give more than the amount fixed for it.

For the establishment, there are certain guidelines that they need to follow. But, before that there are some documents/ details that they must possess in order to apply for the Mukhya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana. There are two types of people who can register for Mukyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana i.e. (a) Candidate (B) Establishment. For the Candidate/Student-trainee
- Samagra ID is mandatory to register in this scheme.
- Registered mobile and email in Samagra ID should be active/available.
- The Aadhaar e-KYC of the applicant is required to be done on the Samagra portal. (Here e-KYC means matching of Aadhaar data on the Samagra Portal through OTP or Biometric)
- To get e-KYC done and check in Samagra ID, go to Samagra Portal (https://samagra.gov.in). It generally takes 24 hours to update the status after e-KYC on the Samagra Portal.
- Information of minimum educational qualification (12th / ITI / Diploma) for eligibility under the scheme. For this, keep ready the softcopy of the respective mark sheet (Maximum size: 500KB, Type: PDF only).
- Bank Account Aadhaar Link and DBT should be activated. The stipend will be received in your Aadhaar-linked account only.
For the Establishment /Training institute
- GST registration number
- EPF number of establishments (if employee strength is greater than 19, it is mandatory)
- EPF number of contractors (if any)
