Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria for the Rajasthan  Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana are as follows:

1. The scheme is available for girls born on or after June 1, 2016.

2. Parents of the beneficiary must possess either an Aadhaar or Bhamashah card. If they lack these documents at the time of the first installment, the benefit will be given based on institutional delivery. However, Aadhaar and Bhamashah card copies are required before the second installment.

3. Only residents of Rajasthan are eligible for this scheme. Mothers who had institutional deliveries outside the state and benefited from the Janani Suraksha Yojana must submit the live birth certificate of the girl child. The scheme is applicable to government medical institutions with local jurisdiction. Pregnancies that occurred outside the state are not eligible for this scheme.

4. The first and second installments are provided for all girls born through institutional delivery.

5. The third and subsequent installments are limited to a maximum of two surviving girls in a family.

6. Additionally, apart from the first two installments, other installments are available only for families with no more than two living girls.

7. If a girl child who received one or two installments passes away, her count among the parents’ living children will decrease. If such parents have a subsequent girl child, she becomes eligible for benefits.

8. The first installment requires birth through an authorized private medical institution for institutional delivery by the government’s Medical and Health Department.

9. The second installment is provided upon receiving all vaccinations as per the Maternal Child Health Card or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department.

10. Efforts will be made to connect all first installment beneficiaries with Anganwadi centers through the Integrated Child Development Services.

Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana Important Guidelines

Here are some important guidelines related to the Chief Minister Rajshree Scheme:

1. After the girl child reaches one year of age and receives vaccinations, the Medical and Health Department will transfer the benefit amount to the parents or guardian’s bank account. A unique ID number will be assigned at the girl’s birth.

2. There is no need to apply for the first and second installments.

3. The second installment is granted upon uploading the Maternal Child Health Card or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department, which serves as proof of vaccination.

4. The first and second installments are provided to the girl child by the Medical, Health, and Family Welfare Department as part of the ongoing Shubh Lakshmi Scheme.

5. The third installment is given after the girl enters the first grade. To receive it, an online application must be submitted in the specified format through E-Mitra, Atal Seva Kendra, or other available options. Along with the application, you must upload a copy of the Mother Child Protection Card, school admission certificate, and all declarations related to having two children.

6. All online applications will be reviewed and approved by the Program Officer, and the benefit amount will be transferred to the beneficiary’s account.

7. To claim the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh installments, you need to apply in the prescribed format and upload a copy of the school admission certificate with your application.

8. Additionally, after passing the 12th grade, you must upload a copy of the final mark sheet along with your application.

9. The Women and Child Development Department is responsible for the administrative aspects of the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.

10. This scheme will undergo a monthly review by the respective District Collector.

11. To ensure the successful operation of this scheme, the state government will issue guidelines periodically, and these guidelines may be subject to amendments.

Under Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana, the girl child must be born on or after June, 01,2016. 

What is the maximum limit on the number of girl children in order to avail of this benefit?

For 1st and 2nd installment, there is no limit, however, for the 3rd to the 6th installment, only 2 surviving girls will get the benefit. 

Do I have to apply for the benefit separately? 

For the first two installments you do not have to apply for it provided, you have given birth to the girl child in the government hospital. For the 3rd to 6th installment, you have to apply in the CSC or e mitra. 

Do I need to have an Aadhar Card of a Janadhaar Card in order to avail the benefits of this scheme?

The beneficiary must have an Aadhaar and a Jan Aadhaar card. If the beneficiary does not have Aadhar and Jan Aadhar card at the time of availing the benefit of the first installment, then the benefit of the first installment will still be provided on the basis of institutional delivery, but before availing the benefit of the second installment, it is necessary to provide a copy of Aadhar or Jan Aadhar card.
