- You will receive a free distribution of 20-watt tube lights, and there will be no cost involved for you.
- You will be given ₹17,500 free of cost to purchase inverters under this scheme. The money will be provided by the Odisha government.
- You will also receive a 35-watt fan at no cost. The expenses for the fan will be covered by the Orissa government, and all eligible beneficiaries will receive one.

The government has proposed to supply the following to every weaver household and family:
- An inverter of 650VA along with a battery of 100 AH provides 15 hrs backup. Output giving 230 or 240v, Pure Sine wave, rating 650VA, 50HZ. Battery -12V, 100AH lead acid as per IS 13314 i.e. solid state inverter run from storage batteries.
- One energy-efficient LED tube light of 20 watts (to be fitted on the loom/work shed/preparatory workplaces for bobbin winding, tie-dye making, etc).
- Another energy-efficient LED tube light of 20 watts in the shed.
- One energy-efficient ceiling fan of 35-watt BLDC (Brushless DC).
