- Upon reaching the age of 18 and completing at least the Class-X examination, the girl child beneficiary is required to submit a maturity claim using the specified application form to the relevant District Medical Officer (DMO).

The Monitoring Mechanism involves the regular assessment of implementation progress within the district.
