What is the NCGG Internship Scheme?
The NCGG Internship Programme offers a short-term opportunity (ranging from a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of 6 months) for selected students to work alongside various departments and units of the National Centre for Good Governance, under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Government of India. This temporary engagement aims to provide Indian youth with exposure to a wide range of governance and public policy issues, involving them in finding potential solutions to enhance citizen-centric governance. It’s important to note that participating in the internship programme does not guarantee regular employment with the Centre, as interns may be assigned specific domains or areas to focus on.
NCGG invites applications from eligible candidates from the 1st to the 10th of every month. The primary objective of this programme is to enhance academic research and the functioning of NCGG by leveraging the skills and knowledge of young talents across the country, enriching their theoretical education with practical experience. Through this initiative, students are allowed to delve into public policy and governance-related matters, benefiting both the interns and the organization.
